此前，特朗普在社交媒体发文称考虑在纽约州、新泽西州、部分康涅狄格州地区设立短期隔离区。科莫称纽约州没有相关计划，特朗普的提议无论从法律角度还是医疗角度看，都不具备操作可能。
Trump: no quarantine in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut
On 28 July, novel coronavirus pneumonia, Trump, said in social media that after discussing with the new White House pneumonia special group and the governor of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, it was decided that there would be no need to set up quarantine zones in these three states. Previously, trump wrote on social media that he would consider setting up short-term isolation zones in New York, New Jersey and parts of Connecticut. Como said there was no plan in New York State, and Trump's proposal was not operational from a legal or medical point of view.
