声名狼藉的嘻哈天王“吹牛老爹”库姆斯去年因卖淫相关罪行被判有罪，现在又面临一系列指控，称他对一名未成年人进行了性侵犯。
在本周加州提起的诉讼中，一名身份不明的前儿童演员指控库姆斯在2007年5月好莱坞山的一次社交活动中对他进行了性侵犯。
“被告康姆斯的行为...是令人愤慨的，旨在恐吓和造成他的情绪困扰，事实上造成了他的情绪困扰。这种攻击是如此极端，以至于超越了体面的界限，被文明社会视为不可容忍，”诉讼称。

New lawsuit accuses Sean 'Diddy' Combs of sexually assaulting a child actor
Disgraced hip-hop mogulSean "Diddy" Combs, convicted last year for prostitution-related offenses, is being hit with another series of allegations that he sexually assaulted a minor.
In a lawsuit filed this week in California, an unidentified former child actor accused Combs of sexually assaulting him during a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007.
"Defendant Combs' conduct ... was outrageous, intended to terrorize and cause him emotional distress, and did in fact cause him emotional distress. This assault was so extreme as to go beyond the bound of decency and be regarded intolerable by civilized society," the lawsuit stated.
A spokesman for Combs, now serving a 50-month prison sentence, called the allegations "false and ridiculous."
"He's just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone--and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest," said Juda Engelmayer, a Combs representative.
The lawsuit adds to dozens of civil claims filed against Combs since he was arrested in New York in 2024.
After an eight-week trial last year, Combs wasacquitted on the more serious chargesof sex trafficking and racketeering, while the jury convicted him on two lesser counts.
Combs is currently set to be released in 2028, and theappeal of his convictionwith the U.S. Court of Appeals is pending.
His lawyers have argued he was unfairly punished for alleged crimes that the jury acquitted him of. They also argued that some of the alleged conduct -- including arranging days-long sex parties known as "freak-offs" -- should have been protected because Combs was acting as an amateur pornography producer.
While Combs awaits release, his attorneys continue to fight the slew of civil lawsuits against him.
In the new lawsuit, the former child actor claimed that Combs guided him into a backroom during a networking event "to speak to him privately about some potential opportunities," including an upcoming project that Combs was producing. After beginning to "feel the effects of the beverage" offered to him by Combs, the former child actor said Combs began to touch him, despite him communicating "he did not feel comfortable with the way Defendant Combs was touching him."
"Then, Defendant Combs pulled down Plaintiff's pants and underwear and began to fondle Plaintiff's genitalia all while Combs was simultaneously touching himself. Defendant Combs then performed oral copulation on the minor Plaintiff while continuing to touch himself," the lawsuit said.
The lawsuit does not specify the man's age at the time of the alleged incident only that he was under the age of 18."
The man also sued his former agents for not protecting him during the event by arranging a chaperone, confirming his guardians would be present, or ensuring he "would not be left alone with adult industry figures in private rooms or secluded areas."
